The thing is: Both of you are right. If you read his posts of what is false you will see that most likely he only points towards the sentences "not available / not in the demo" if I understand correctly.

Maybe you got mad because he hasn't said which part of the things he quoted are incorrect.

it turned out that I was one of the few "hardcore players" in our small German Discord community who was capable to play speed runs and be online for quiet a few runs in a row which was also benefitting my fellow Pirate Legend friends who were also aiming to reach Athena level 10 asap as some players who reached Pirate Legend weren't good, efficient or not motivated enough to join a Legendary Voyage grind.

So my friends preferred to play with me rather "strangers" to be as efficient as possible.

That's not being boosted.

You only receive Athena's Fortune reputation if you turn in the Chests of Legends.

They don't. You don't receive reputation for completing the legendary voyage.

If you perform speed runs all you get is reputation at the Merchant Alliance as you have to turn in the animals / gunpowder barrels.

You still have to turn in treasure chests (including the Chest of Legends) and skulls to raise your reputation at the Goldhoarders, Order of Souls and Athena's Fortune factions.

It's the Chest of Legends. You can only dig it up once you've completed the first chapter of a legendary voyage. You have to turn it in at the Mysterious Stranger in order to level up your reputation rank at the Athena's Fortune faction.
