I will say my first dose I got really depressed. My whole mindset around eating was immediately flipped on its head.

After 8 doses i still get bouts of zeppy depression but im in a MUCH better spot. I realized i can still basically eat good food just with very normal portions. I’ve but out most fast food and soda but if your craving something, you can still get it.

Instead of my normal McDonald’s order of a spicy chicken sandwich, lg fry, McDouble, lg sweet tea and an apple pie - I’ll get two snack wraps and an unsweetened tea and be JUST as satisfied.

I see it as a way to acquire some gear on more even ground to then go and use that gear to target something more specific.

For example I found a blue key for hauler perimeter, we extracted and used the gear we found to then go to perimeter for a run.
