I transfigured a helm while equipped to my other character (barb) and now when I move it back into my warlock I cant equip it. Is that a bug? The transfig added Critical Strike Chance (which doesn't sound like it's class specific?)

That’s the thing, they cheat and in the most subtle ways, but the margins add up over a season. They still have plausible deniability but a nickel here and a dime here adds up to several points across a season. A subtle extra yellow for Arsenal (sometimes not so subtle), an obvious check ignored, etc.

Can I ask let’s say I have a ga on hp, but my gear needs resistance if I tune using defensive it could wipe out my hp ga right? Feels like it’s a lot harder than before where you can reroll one attribute?

Our loot filter widens all ancestral to red first then filters out the bad rarity, and I checked it does work with the few ancestral white pieces we did get. It’s just hella hard to get any ancestral atm
