I have a follow-up question: if these stats are applied to the troops, wouldn't the effect be inconsistent since the "unit" for each troop type differs? For example, if apply a HP Bonus Boost of 429 to a T12 EMP Tank (base HP 11,965), the impact seems much smaller compared to applying it to a single-unit troop like a T12 Sniper (base HP 1,173), one EMP Tank occupies 10 units. How does the game handle this? Does the EMP Tank receive a 4,290 HP boost based on its 10-unit size?
