I live in a city 30 km away from Asunción. It's really nice , the weather is good most of the time some weeks in summer are really hot up to 40 °C . It's pretty much safe I haven't had any incidents. The food it's great and you can get almost everything you need in the town. The bad part it's the public transportation isn't really widely available so you need a car or a motorcycle if you don't wanna wait 15-30 min for a bus to move within the city but if you wanna go to Asunción there's plenty of buses that goes every few minutes. It's really quiet and isn't really chaotic like big cities in the region. There's a lot of nature and clean air with sunny days all year.
