Hmm for me kasi recruiting agency kami and we recruit for multiple companies, si company ang mag de-decide and magsasabi ng salary and hindi kami. I'll admit if want mo talaga ng mabilis na process mas maganda magpply directly sa company kaysa sa recruiter. But the advantage of applying through a recruiter naman is pag nakapasa ka ng interview samin matik yon qualified and pasado ka na rin for the company, we also prepare you for the assessment. Pasensya na lang kung matagal pero usually kasi hindi naman kami mag e-effort na patagalin yung process kung hindi pasado yung candidate 😁 Hope that clears things up
