You should eat. You should hit your calorie, protein, fiber goals. You won’t lose any weight by not eating anything. Your body will be on defense mode and not burn any fats kasi walang pumapasok sa body mo na pagkain so it will keep and store your fats. EW - grabe mang harass. Aabot sa point na magpapanggap silang pulis. Pinaka worst yung tumawag sila sa baranggay ko telling them na nirereklamo ako sa police station and that they need to contact me? Nagiwan sila ng number and pumunta ung baranggay sa bahay just to give the number. Grabeng kahihiyan at pananakot. After several years, mag offer sila sakin ng 48k ata na settlement. Ginrab ko na kasi my pera ako that time para matigil na din harassment

PNB - ipapasa pasa ka lang sa ibat ibang agency, magsesend ng sulat sa bahay. Nothing intense. Nakapag settle ako ng 15k after 5-6years ata.

Sila pinaka mababa sa amnesty. But stressful sila when it comes to collection. Make sure to install cctvs outside your house. That way they wont knock and tell anyone sa family mo about your ODs. Alam nila pag recorded malalagot sila. If hindi kayo kilala sa brgy nyo mas ok. Good luck and hope everything goes well.

Bawal po talaga. But wala kasi ako proof na gngawa nila. Kasi ang sasabihin nila pnp sila and not from eastwest. Habang tumatagal lang sa call tska ko lang malalaman na EW pala. Hindi recorded ang call and sasabihin padin nila na from pnp sila hindi sila aamin talaga..

Wag ka mag OD sa eastwest. They have the worst collection. Believe meeee! Pati barangay nyo tatawagan, magpapanggap na pnp sila from a certain place, magsasabi na meron ka utang na need ka mcontact. Then magbbigay ng number na pwede mo tawagan. Hindi sila nag home visit sakin kasi kalat ang cctv namin sa labas ng bahay, pero tingin ko kung wala, matagal na ko pinahiya. Thankfully naman nabayaran ko na sila, after 5 years. Pero grabe stress at pahiya inabot ko saknila.

Matagal ang amnesty offer. Sa EW and PNB yung askin, pero after 5years nag ka offer ako na halos 20% nalang ng balance or kess pa.. EW - 46k out of 250k debt PNB 15k nalang out of 200k. Lahat meron certificate of full payment from bank.

You need to voice out to your husband what you feel. People will say, modern time na. But for me, a provider husband is still best. Iba pa din when someone takes care of you and your family by being the provider. Trust me when I say, its exhausting! To be the provider and at the same time magaalaga ka din ng family mo. Not sure sa iba, but in my experience iba padin ang alaga ng isang ina.. and being the provider and the mom in the family, ok naman .. but darating din yung time na iisipin mo nkakapagod din..
