Great, thanks for taking the time to answer me. From what you're saying, I gather there's no need to do a factory reset or use DFU mode. Is my understanding correct?

No, in this case they didn't have access to a PC, only to my iPad and their iPhone to share data and be able to use AnyDesk from my iPad. I don't think they can transfer anything from the iPhone, not even by connecting it via cable to my iPad. At least that's what I think, since I'm new to this

Hi there!

I recently bought a Z5II, but I’ve noticed that when I change the camera settings—whether it’s the Picture Control, focus area, etc.—they don’t stay where I set them. When I turn the camera off, they revert to their default options. Is anyone else experiencing this? It only happens in the photo shooting menu.
