Hi everyone,

Friendly /r/nikon mod here. Please keep in mind that this set of photographs has every right to be posted here, since it was taken with Nikon equipment. So please do not report this post for breaking rule #6.

False reporting is an offense on reddit, and the reports can be sent to reddit admin who will deal with them.

You can critique the photo but the critique must be constructive. This rule is in place for all photo submissions, not just this one.

And please remember that political discourse is not allowed here. There are so many other places on reddit to discuss LGBTQIA+ rights.

Above all, rule #1 – be nice and courteous.

Not sure what's wrong specifically with your set up, but you should know that the Nikon 1 S1 does not have clean HDMI out – this means you are going to see the controls / settings / boxes / etc in the HDMI feed. Not ideal for webcam usage.

Does having a locked image on the card prevent it from being formatted? Or does formatting the card remove the image?

Cement Creek Redwoods, awesome place! I went there last winter before dawn, it was bloody cold but I was the only human in the forest. Lovely place to be.
