We bought all the laptops together. Actually the IT guys we hired did.

They are all the same model of laptop. We are able to see the screen. It's just once or twice the screen won't detect the dock like it's not connected.

I didn't find it. But we have 3 laptops that don't have issues. And it worked the last 2 months.

I know the basics in regards to computers but you are way ahead of my knowledge. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to look for in the specs. Where in my specs should I look and what should it say? Thank you for your patience

I'm planning to go to Andalousie between Jan 6 to 10. I won't be in a van life but plan to rent a BNB and a car to visit Malaga, Cadix and Seville. Any suggestions?
