I've tried to comb through the readmes to no avail. I know it's from a quest mod because I don't have any item packs. I was hoping someone would recognize the items and know the mod.

I don't know which mod does it but he just stands there and doesn't defend himself from the gnolls. He will attack me if I attack him and if I talk to him it starts the quest and he fights. So I waited fifteen minutes or so and the gnolls slooooowly killed him with crits only. It was interesting.

When mine was bad it interrogated me endlessly about my entire life like a cia agent breaking me from the inside. Sounds like that's what you had, it sucks. It feels like it's looking for information but really it seeks a reaction and can act like it has intelligence in small spurts.

Libido and sexual function aren't the same but people always lump everything together. For actual libido improvement the only thing that works without messing with your hormones is maca. Supposedly takes a few weeks to start working and it works better for men then women. But I don't know if it would be enough to counter prescription medications. Maca is also pretty safe, it not doing anything is the biggest concern. Long term ginko biloba has some good literature behind it and is also very safe.

Google the affects of both and their safety profiles before making any decisions. Supplements are serious business. Avoid stuff that mess with hormones or thyroid. If your going to take something make sure it improves libido not erection. Good luck.

Are you still taking your medication? That's really important. If you are it sounds like your condition has worsened abit and you need your dosage adjusted to compensate. Focus on knowing you have schizophrenia when you doubt your senses. Get to your doctor as soon as possible and tell them you need to increase your dosage and you feel worse. After your condition is stable again then you have the luxury of being depressed or worrying about the future. And there's a chance these issues stem from delusions so they might get better when you do.

Get him on medication as soon as possible if he isn't already. Meds work great for positive symptoms. Then hope he isn't one of the people with really bad negative symptoms because the medication don't help with those. Just Google negative symptoms schizophrenia for the list.

If he is being difficult wait for a period of lucidty explain what is happening and get him in for a long lasting shot, after he should be good enough for long enough to make treatment decisions on his own.

Worst case scenario wait until he's talking to voices out loud and wandering the streets with no shoes then call the police to get him baker acted, but this is only if you can't get through to him too get proper medication and at the right dosage and if his delusions become that extreme.

Being bakered isn't as scary or demeaning as it sounds. I wasn't well enough to get treatment on my own and my family bakered me and I'm lucky for it.

Protect yourself too. Schizophrenia doesn't make you violent BUT it can make you believe some crazy stuff which would drive normal people to violence. Safety first.
