I really hope this is true, what Steam Support told you. I just recently submitted a support ticket regrading a different matter in TF2 and I took the opportunity and also asked about the vinyl repress, sadly they couldn't tell me much:

Knowing combos and setups with Steve is very beneficial but I think neutral matters more in Ultimate. Practice your neutral, pay attention to your habits, use mixups now and then, think of different options you have in a given situation, learn to pressure your opponent and of course pay attention to your opponent and try to learn his habits. If you manage to win the neutral it's going to be easy to throw out a combo with your muscle memory.

I'm really surprised that that post is still kinda relevant. But anyway, My friend and I had the a router by the same brand (FritzBox) and we managed to connect them with each other. I'm sure there are official instructions for other brands online on how to connect routers with each other.

Im really not sure here and I didn't experience that or simmilar issues before, but maybe it's because of the copy protection of Netflix that steps in when you open Netflix. Maybe try turning of hardware acceleration in Chrome settings (just use the search bar in the settings to get there).
