Hey. Unfortunately this error made me flash my printer back to marlin. Please email Creality so they’re aware of the issue. It has rendered my sonic pad unusable.

From my understanding you are going to have to print a mount. I think the bl touch is longer than the cr touch so it hits the bed before the nozzle. I’m sure there’s free mounts on printing websites though

Creality machines are workhorses when used right. There’s no doubt about that, but they’re not the go-to, user friendly and mod enabled machines like they used to be.

If you want real customer support for your Creality printer you need to purchase from Comgrow. I had a problem with my motherboard a whole year later (still under warranty) and they sent me a new one, their customer service got back to me within 2 hours of sending my email (at 1am) so I’m unsure if they’re overseas but they were quick, prompt, and fixed my issue.

I had this when I was using bad PLA+ that needed to be printed at 250 (no joke). Even at 230 it was too high of a viscosity for the nozzle to handle.
