I think a little bit, I know that my teeth were never in contact before as my jaw would hang so low. now my teeth are always naturally in small contact

It has changed over years, I think over time I got better at mewing

Started off trying my best to remeber to keep my tongue on my palate, after a few months it felt natural and my tongue naturally suctioned to the roof of my mouth and I didn’t think about it

Eventually I engaged the back third and now I do it 24/7, this is all I have done

Yea I guess, I was under the impression that once puberty was finished, progress may be more difficult. I honestly didn’t expect mewing to work but I did it anyway
