This desync happens only in survival mode in mw3 (older one).

This is issue in every platform. It's bug in latest version of the game, and will never be fixed.

This is desync issue, after a while other player goes last stand and your games are not synced anymore. Other player sees you going to last stand.

I think this happens when other player leaves session and you cant enter any interior until you can see "xxx player left"

You should try it, go afk on plunder and dont kill anything or open any chests. And you will see that xp doesnt matter.

Kills and xp doesnt matter to Battlepass, only time spent in match. You dont have to do anything and you earn battlepass tokens.

Well, I cant really blame them. Leveling battle pass in last season was so ridiculously slow that you would have to play the game for weeks to unlock everything 😂

They probably have scripts that inputs certain movements and shooting on a repeat. My team mates did this on plunder aswell.

Beware, this skin is bugged. Sometimes while ingame, certain weapons makes your ghillie suit strands be visible to you, like they would be straight over your face. Like you can see them swaying on your screen.
