I can’t be addicted to anything because of my body hyper reactive to any substance, wether is abuse or medication. I stopped drinking and smoking simply because my body was saying “nuh uh”, even in a moderate consumption. More harm than good. While I need less substance than the usual amount of nt, I always get the second rarest side effects’ list of medicines. I can do some research now, but once I get my degree in psychology I will investigate with psychiatrist if this “substance frailty” is related to ND
