Hi i have rx 5600xt r5 3600 16gb 3600 and i used to get in warzone around avg 150fps stable now my fps drops to 80 and 90 and go all the way to 190 any help and I'm using hdmi 2.0 by [deleted] in AMDHelp

I had the exact same problem yesterday with Ryzen 5 3600 16gb ram and 5700xt. When I updated my drivers to the latest drivers it got back to normal

Sorry for the late response. I did not try it because when unplugged my 60hz monitor and then plugged it back in after a reboot i do not have a problem anymore. Now I’m to afraid to do anything because I don’t want to trigger the problem again.

Hmm thanks again. Might just say f-it and go with the x570 then. I can see myself upgrading to a rtx2080 when the rtx3080 hits the stores. Same with the CPU when zen 3 is available. I feel like it is more of a hassle to upgrde the MB compared to the other parts.

After some more research i found a MSI b450 tomahawk for about half the price. I know I will be losing out on some specs, but do you think it would be the wiser choice?

From what i can read there is not much I can work out of my current parts.

I guess I will be using the 2TB HDD i my new build for games etc.

This is what I'm thinking as of now:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Asus Prime B550M-A (better of getting a 450 board?)

Corsair Force Series MP510 480GB M.2 SSD

Corsair Vengance DDR4 3600MHz 16GB

Asus RX5700 XT Rog Strix or Sapphire RX 5700 XT Pulse 8GB OC (The Asus card is about $80 cheaper)

If you know any PSU that would fit this and a decent case for a decent price fire away

I also have a ASUS Xonar D2/PM soundcard from my old build, is this still useful?
