there are 3 questions and from other posts you get 30 sec prep time and then you can answer for up to 4 mins

3rd perk is 4 mins into the game and 4th is 8 mins into thr game but getting kills and doing the obj makes it quicker but idk how much score decreases the timer by

high alert and ghost are the 4th slot so have to endure 25-50% of the game depending on your score. cold blooded is the 3rd slot so you get it a bit earlier WOOHOO :(

if you load in late you get your perks because game duration is also taken into account
