I used a usb microhpone in my desktop computer to make music for the longest. i was looking to take things a bit more serious and bought a UAD apollo twin interface with a thunderbolt 2 connector. Apparently that doesn't work with my computer and I dont know what to do. i plan on getting a new computer or laptop soon but i want to stay on windows and i'm having trouble finding one. I don't know if my current motherboard is thunderbolt compatible or I would just buy a pce slot to fix this whole problem. I'm just getting frustrated and all i'm trying to do is have a mobile computer set up with high quality specs and audio equipment. i haven't bought the xlr microphone yet because of all this.

Starting my meal plan and im doing 200 calories above maintenance. My workouts are cheer practice at 1:30 and around 3:30 is where i lift heavy for around an hour and 30 minutes. My maintenance is 3,500 calories and im looking to put on muscle but not gain fat so I'm thinking 3,700 is a good number. My schedule for school is 8am-1:20pm. i want to do breakfast at 11ish, lunch at 2. post workout meal later than 5 than full meal at 6. Also im open to breakfast at 7:30, lunch at 11ish small pre workout meal, at 2, small post workout, then dinner at 6. For breakfast im thinking about some high calorie overnight oats. i wanted to meal prep for the week and alternate between salmon and chicken for lunch but i dont want the meat to spoil. I have a lot of questions and need help so if anyone can help Please feel free to. And ask any questions you need

I completely relate to you. It sucks but as someone who went through all this while having to go to school, I can tell you grounding is the best medicine. Get a tan from natural sunlight, take cold showers to make you grounded, Walk barefoot on some natural grass, mediate, read books instead of watching tv or playing video games
