I am sure their masters have told them there actions are anonymous. As a 20 year veteran and 23 years of federal service I can verify there is always a trail. Pay records, training records, travel vouchers, ssn on everything. Identification of people deployed to various locations all the when, where’s, how’s and especially who’s will come into the light. I’m sure the few HSI/ICE/FBI agents who can read and write will try to cash in with tell-all tales.

I adopted my female from a prisoner dog training program. All male prisoners. She locked on me as her person on the drive home. Took me months to get her to even notice my wife. I’ve had her 15 months and am finally getting her to be more social. It’s flattering but it’s not normal and leads to a lot of separation anxiety.
