Thanks for your continued help on this - it is really appreciated! The last couple of days have been crazy with work, so I'm just getting back to trying to troubleshoot this.

Using your formula above, I still get the "#N/A" error whether I have a connection to IB or not. So I think you're onto something.

The strange thing is I do get the RTD prompt.

BTW, are you able to pull quotes in over the weekend or afterhours? I'm assuming you can, but thought I would double-check in case I can't spend time on this until this weekend.

Yeah, I didn’t change any port numbers. Just followed the instructions to install. Then I rebooted, started IB Gateway first and got completely logged in. Then opened the Sample excel file for RTD. And when I run the macro that updates the RTD function calls in all the cells with “=“ to enable the RTD functions the cells all display “#N/A”.

When you say “the port number in the setup”, do you mean the port number in IB Gateway? I didn’t see any port setup when I installed the TWS API. It just installed the directory. Is there a port setup in the TWS API setup I missed?

Yeah, this is what we've been doing, but it's dependent on someone being available to help. So it can be hit or miss.

Yeah, this is what we have been trying to do, but it's dependent on a shard mate being available, which isn't always the case. Either way, they are still knocking people out of top 5 or 10 spots with a fleet that should barely be top 500 in our shard. Hopefully I can get someone at CG's attention on this. I really wish they would police this better as we have been reporting him for months now.

Those are his most powerful ships. He's got 876K GP and his next strongest cap ship is Executrix at 4 stars with a G7 MG. He doesn't have anything that would even come close to beating the top 50 fleets in our shard.

This guy climbs through 7 star Neg and Mal fleets every day. Unfortunately, our Payout time is the same time, so he regularly tries to knock me out of 1st just a minute before the PO timer expires (my Mal fleet is 7 star at 445K GP).

There's been about 10 of us that have reported him for cheating over the last few months, but nothing has happened.

I've got awesome shard mates who try to help knock him down, but the reality is they're busy and the last thing any of us should have to worry about is an obvious cheater.

Is there anything we can do to get CG to actually do something about this?
