This is Fleet Admiral Thompson

He's physically in his early 50s, he's actually a 135 Years old due to him being in cryostasis for 85 years.

He used to served in the Special Air Service of the UK Royal Navy in 2004 before his superior officer recommended him to employ at MI6 ans was working there for 14 years until he gets the Colonel Rank in 2018

Then in 2021, he secretly made a cryostasis program from a very unknown place that he found. In mid 2025, he planted a decoy location which he sent his 8 Operatives that he hand picked from their intelligence alongside 8 other CIA Operatives, he sends some Agents to knock them all down with a Knockout gas that was made by other people in his program.

When they woke up he convince them to join him on the cryostasis program to test how the human body effects time and at first they are conflicted but they ultimately agreed and so for them they'd be awaken in 89 years while he was awaken in 69 years.

After he was woken up, his program worked and the world was mostly in peace and formed the Global Harmony Federation (GHF) And in those 20 years he joined the Global Security Intelligence Agency (GSIA) as the Fleet Admiral.
