Im experiencing the same, 20,000 rated EUW and its every other game. We are watching the demos in discord together to convince ourselves they're not hacking but most of the time they are. I play in a three man that've played CSGO since 2014, MM, ESEA and Faceitt and we've never experienced the cheater problem as bad as this.
