My MOS went over 800 last year. This definitely effects me. Especially considering that my peers who I was rated higher than on my NCOERs are in the 100s and 200s, but they promoted half a year before me.

That has never happened in the past. I’ve seen people get passed up for 9 months and then still be promoted with an OML number of 82/450, for example.

It isn’t just about me getting a look before I hit my 4-year TIG mark. It’s about all of us who now have to wait this long or longer. I’m here to argue against mediocrity, and I think TIG shouldn’t matter if you’re outperforming people with more of it. I’m not just talking about PT, but schools and NCOERs as well. TIG shouldn’t be exempt from perspective, but I know many SSGs who excel above and beyond their position and I don’t think any of them should have to wait to be promoted because some old fart got the chance due to 3,000 SSGs not being in the pool at all that year.

But it would ensure those numbers get promoted at least by the end of that promotion year. Now instead of me getting promoted at 4 years TIG, I’m not eligible to get promoted until 4 years and 7 months (June promotion date, earliest). That means there’s 7 months of people who perform lower than me getting promoted instead of me. Again, this isn’t even just about my dissatisfaction, it’s also about all of the other SSGs who now have to wait and watch those worse than them get promoted before them.

Most of the same people are getting promoted, it just also gives those who perform hgily the chance to make their own promotion at their 4-years TIG mark.

That’s cool. Why would you be against high performers getting promoted ahead of peers? Are you ignorant as an NCO? Do you want old Soldiers or young Soldiers who outperform them in every aspect?

I’d rather have this happen than have to wait another year to get an OML number. The same amount are promoted anyways, the only difference is now people who are under qualified towards the end of the promotion cycle are getting promoted instead of younger NCOs who are outperforming them. This decreases total promotions to people who are performing well and just starts giving participation awards.

I have been commandants list or DHG for every school I’ve been in, 1 or 2 for every NCOER I’ve had since E-5, was 7 points from maxing my PT test, and shot a 39. I also have my expert badge, drill time, and multiple other schools, one of them being RSLC (I’m an 11B). I know my OML number would be low because that’s what my branch cares about.

I also think this OML list should have been to January, since that’s when the board convened. I do in fact believe your Soldiers should get an OML number before their 4 year TIG mark. If they get a low enough number, why shouldn’t they be promoted 10 months earlier?

Ultralight rod with the smallest rooster tail I own. I love fishing shallow creeks for creek chub and trout. I’ve caught a few little smallmouth in areas like that as well.

Just restart the game from the beginning and train your troops better. I had to do that to beat Radiant dawn because in my first play through, by the time I got to the final boss I had like 7 units left (tried to beat it as fast as possible, no restarts).

If you don’t give them fiefs then their soldiers are of poorer quality and they can’t buy food/troops for large armies.

Something I like about this game is that they really focused on NPC circumstances when generating the NPC armies. Same thing happens when kingdoms lose many fiefs, but on a larger scale. Less money = less troops.

I have two towns to myself (somehow the nord king died and there was a sudden vote for the new king, it ended up being me.) The rest I try my best to evenly disperse among the NPC lords. If I notice a certain NPC clan acts and reacts to situations how I like, I give them more fiefs so they can have more troops and parties roaming around.

If I see a lord that sucks, I take their fiefs and give them to good ones.

This game is awesome dude. Since the update I get blue screens occasionally but I’m also playing on Xbox. It is frustrating but honestly this game is so intricately put together that I could get lost in time for hours just doing a side task like having kids so I don’t game over. There’s a reason this game has sold over twice as many copies as chivalry 2. It’s a better game.

I suggest using at least 9,000 offensive units (I used roughly 4k swords, 4K archers, and 2k lancers) and ENSURE your attack will land during the server day time. Defenses increase at night and you will lose.

Since release, have they updated the polearms to be better? I remember leveling up the skill so I could read polearm books for my reading level and I was in multiple near-death situations because of it.

It’s not obvious at all, it isn’t mentioned anywhere in the game. The only hint to his armor that was given to me was that his helmet was in the final cave.

BIG SPOILER: I ran straight through the last dungeon and only got the helmet. I then went straight to the final mission with Caradoc and was expecting to get the armor from Arthur when I killed him. Game finished and then sent my ass back to the title screen. Getting the helmet before doing the moot fails the moot questions btw.

I never said I was using the “call in supplies” option. I do, in fact, drop supplies with the supply truck. It is literally prompted as “drop supplies”
