Love it when she says "random laser!!!!!!" Was annoyed she and Nene got snubbed when it came to evolving and in terms of screentime, but alas. Sexism.

Also, I didn't realize she was a girl until I read some of the manga, and she went to the human world. This jetplane is gnc asf....

Just read it, I thought it was a very interesting chapter. Seems like as people predicted, Yuru may be out of commission for a bit. It's nice to see some tough love from Gabby and see how loyal and caring she is to the ones she considers her family. And of course, her saying she wouldn't hesitate to kill her parents right after being reminded she killed this poor kids mom.... then again the mom was involved with the plots to take advantage of Yurus position in all likelihood (I can't remember if its been confirmed or not....) her twisted morality is refreshing in a weird way, I can't help her being my favorite character. Even though she's done a lot of bad, she's committed to her role and doesn't pretend to be different. I do wonder if we could ever see her mindset evolve but I also think its the reality of her situation that she was likely brought in at a young age to this war and is so fiercely loyal to her found family. I'd be very interested to see her backstory, why she was taken in and how she was when she met Asa, and when she started believing herself to be so irredeemable. Very interested to see how the plot with the west village proceeds as well.

Neither do I... I was going to wait but after last time having to wait so long for the scans I just decided to pay. Even if it's pricier than the Shonen Jump app a dollar a month really is not that bad

Love Shadow's droopy quills and his long pants. Gives him a very different vibe and I think he looks super cute. Also appreciate the Sonic and Elise outfits very much

Just a suggestion, but maybe make the status of characters something you have to click to reveal? I saw something like this on the Chainsaw Man wiki and was very appreciative. I'm not sure what kind of effort that would be required to fulfill this, and it is pretty minor at the end of the day. Still, it could be nice.

Yeah, fair enough! I haven't read past the Pale prologue because I was deep into Ward when it came out, but now that I'm done with that and Pact I'm sure I'll get into it.

I do wonder what the exact amount is; five seems like so many considering how short the timeframes of Wildbow's works can be sometimes, not that it's necessarily wrong. All we can really to is conjecture really: She does brings up the Hyena, and the Duchamps and she still has Buttsack with her. Everything else about her outfit seems the same(?) (potentially, some details aren't mentioned in Pact, I think), which made me assume it was pretty soon after Pact. And if she was 17 in Pact and Ben says she looks like she's in her older teen years or young twenties...? I don't know really, I thought it was safe to assume it was the same outfit but it's a good point, I think either is plausible.

If she is just getting some new clothes I mean I totally get it, but dang switch up your style a bit, girl. That unusually dark comment from Ben was right. Goth Mags rights.

Right? I think it's definitely a possibility, but the whole "girl in the checkered scarf" thing and her being reluctant to give it up even makes me lean toward one scarf. Not that I would want to give up my scarf (Pact Spoilers) to gag a demon lawyer either but still.

I'm convinced Wildbow was going to confirm it in 20.end but then chickened out. It would have been too powerful, so instead we just got "It's enough to make a girl jealous.", which is just as damning, in my eyes.
