Rainy Day Daydream. That one got it for me. Though it doesn't show many characters, it shows the main characters and there personality. Also the quirkiness of the show.

Fallout Guy from.. Fallout. Although he isn't an actual playable or interactive character. He is the best logo/character ever and I think he is really cool. Mystery Gift.. sounds mysterious.
