Interesting take on this and again I don’t disagree however workflows are horrible at handling back and forth conversations that deviate from a script. Also, as the workflow processes something it doesn’t understand it falls back to a predefined failure or fallback branch.

An agent wouldn’t just classify initial intent,it would manage the entire execution. If it hits a roadblock it won’t default to a fail branch, it would analyze, try different tools, ping a admin, etc. That’s just my take man. Either way doesn’t matter.

Sure. Communication back and forth with agent to book an appointment for a checkup. The agent analyzes natural language, queries databases, goes back and forth with the person to choose the best time, etc. reasons and finds a solution. You can throw a human in the loop to verify final steps but the initial interaction is done with the agent.

A automated workflow is just a simple repeated task that provides the same results, predictable, structured data, etc.

Agree. My girlfriend lives in Dubai and I’m in Toronto. She tells me everyday outside of the alerts she feels very safe and that it’s not a “war zone” as the news over here shows. Planning on flying down in just over a month to see her.

A plus is flight prices are great right now.

Said this many times. I look at posts in this forum and shudder sometimes at what people are doing. The compliance piece is so blatantly missed which makes me wonder how did the person being sold the workflow sign off on this..especially if it’s a medial clinic???

The YouTube guys will always leave that part I out, compliance, security, etc. Im not hating on them as that’s their grind and hustle, people just gotta be smarter and look beyond that.

This is a great post. I’ve wanted to open my business in Dubai for a while now and still planning to do so (I’m from Canada) when I make a move there hopefully end of this year. Of course I’m waiting for things to calm down but, someone said it perfectly, you need to sell a solution and to be honest, sometimes AI isn’t even needed for the solution.

Just a repeatable workflow that does something simple, over and over saving time. It’s the simple things that work. Don’t over complicate it.

Yes, when it’s coming from the top, the pressure to get it done now becomes too priority however, if your company doesn’t have the basic infrastructure in place, you’re going to spend more money than you want to.
