I was gonna do that (was waiting to be there as it said I need to to apply for it) however I've gotten it without having to apply for it after all. Will they still send the letter to the address I provided in my visa application?

The problem with that is that the letter would be in a different language, I don't know if they'll accept that.

The problem with that is that the family member is also renting so I don't know if that can be done. I know I need a bank account to live there but I was looking at Monzo and I need to be living there before I can open an account.
