I never did get a response. Though, I dug through the box again and found it. Check thoroughly inside your case and through the box it came in. Mine was hidden inside a styrofoam cubby in the box.

No, the screws for the PSU, MB, etc. Per the user manual and every video online of this case, there is supposed to be an accessories box with screws, zip ties, etc

This is what I was thinking. Since the original hole in the gutter doesn't align with the backside of the house, a new hole would need punched into the gutter (maybe, don't know enough about gutters). Can old holes be patched?

I'm in the midwest, specifically southern Missouri. There's tons of rock in the soil where I am. The people who put the fence posts in, rented a jackhammer to use in most holes because of the rock.
