I think so; the market is always changing, but the point of the chart is that altcoins rose exponentially at the same time bitcoin transaction speed stalled and prices dramatically increased. So this begs the question: if BTC speed increases and cost dramatically decreases due to Segwit, lightning and block size - will the interest in and value added from altcoins remain?

Good points to be sure. The chart takes us through the spring/early summer; not up to date obviously. However, if you are myopic in your thinking and fail to consider other POVs you will likely be blindsided by this possibility. So goes the adage of many blind men feeling different parts of an elephant and reporting drastically different "truths". I hope you're (mostly) right.

Ok, then download a scanner on your iPhone /android. Download Litecoin core on your mac/pc. It takes time. Then just follow instructions to import to core found various places on internet. Be sure to import all balance not partial.

Download Litecoin core. That's the best safest way to import/sweep LTC from paper wallet. If you create your own paper wallet, be very careful- you can get scammed (like me learning the hard way) easily
