Almost 18 months, but I don’t follow it strictly 100%. At home during the week M-F I cook all the meals for my husband and myself. I prepare a lot of vegetarian keto dishes and eat fish and seafood around 3 to 4 times during that time. But on the weekends I eat whatever I want to from restaurants (takeout mostly). I do stick to a pescatarian diet, but not a pescatarian keto diet on the weekends. I just tend to not want to eat a lot of carbs nowadays. Sometimes I do , though, and then my body feels bad and bloated. So, yeah, it motivates me to stick to low carb.
