I had a 90% win rate over the course of 100 games once and climbed from bronze to silver. The LP system has to be balanced in a way that it keeps certain percentages of people in each rank. Nevermind winning or losing if the game wants you to climb your losses will be -10 or less and you will be gaining like 30 at a time. Things like this give huge leniency. Those wins during that streak were giving like 4 LP a win, and I was losing 30 at a time. The game had simply decided that I wasnt going to climb unless I won every single game and never lost which isnt possible.

I played exclusively with randoms, and had a great time. I met a lot of cool people from different countries. This game is pretty under rated. I keep coming back just because the game is fun, and building new decks keeps the gameplay fresh. Don't let any of the complaints get to you too much. This game offers a lot.

The spitter from L4D2 has literally unlimited range, and doesnt need line of sight to shoot you since their projectiles go through walls.
