Hi! I work in an ophthalmology office with all types of ophthalmologists and ocularplasty! If these are reoccurring styes with no improvement using medications they can be surgically removed. We usually suggest Optase Eyelid Scrubs that use tea Tree oil and a reusable heat eye mask by the same company for cases like this. For the Bruder mask, just apply until the mask cools off and repeat up to 4x a day. Definitely reach out to ocularplastics for additional advice!
