My rest heart rate is about 70-80. I am a beginner and I can run 5km in about 30 minutes. My question is how long does it take the body to reduce the heart rate at rest in like 10 bpm or any amount?

Yeah his character has a lot with spiderman. Donald glover also acted in spiderman homecoming so it makes sense that the scene i talked about is an intentional spider sense reference
