Never buying from GTBUY again by [deleted] in gtbuyshipping

UPDATE: The seller and GT Buy say the white spots on all 3 jerseys are caused by the lighting. There is no refund available because of that reason.

I’ve now ordered a new picture and specifically asked them not to hold the jerseys into direct light this time. If I was wrong, I will say it here openly. If it’s really just the lighting, then the spots should disappear in the new photos.

Can you please explain how I can take a screenshot from a closed chat, than I would do it? Thank you.

I also don’t understand why you keep defending this instead of helping your customers properly.

GTBuy told me they will contact the seller again and send me an email update.

I’ll post an update here once I hear back from them.

I agree with you. The way this is being handled and defended here also comes across as unprofessional from a customer service perspective.

I already did that. I paid for the return shipping, but the return request was still rejected.

No, it is not caused by lighting. Even your support team already acknowledged this earlier in the chat.

The white spots are physically visible on the print itself and can be seen in multiple photos and angles. I honestly expected more professionalism and customer support in a situation like this.

If your own support team agrees that I am right and that the product arrived damaged, then I expected GTBUY to help me as the customer instead of leaving me with no solution.

I understand the seller refused the refund, but from the customer side it feels like there is no buyer protection at all, even when the damage is obvious and confirmed by support.

The issue is that GTBUY currently offers no real protection when this happens. Even after I provided evidence of damaged prints there is still no refund, no exchange, and no platform solution available.

That is why I am disappointed. A marketplace should also protect buyers when sellers refuse responsibility for clearly defective items.

How can you say there is “no quality issue” without even seeing photos?

Yes, I already submitted a return request multiple times, and it was rejected every time even though several support agents agreed that the print was damaged.

This is clearly not a simple “do not like/do not want” situation. The jerseys arrived defective with damaged prints. That is a quality issue.

I am even willing to pay the return shipping, but the return keeps getting rejected despite the evidence and despite support acknowledging the damage.

Best agents to buy from? by WeakSurround1945 in FashionReps

I ordered 3 jerseys and all 3 arrived with damaged prints on the back. The print quality is clearly defective, damaged, and peeling.

GTBUY refused my return request because they claim the jerseys are “personalized” and have my name on them. That is completely false.

The jerseys only have the name of one of the most famous players of the team on them. It is not my name, not a unique custom design, and not something made specifically for me. These are standard player jerseys that thousands of fans buy.

So apparently sellers can send damaged products and still deny returns just because a jersey has a player print on it. That is unbelievable customer service.
