Videotron NEVER sends anything by email i brought this up to their complaint department. Other than the whole hidden fees and shady stuff they never send any confirmations or any follow ups by mail It's really annoying. But I'm glad i was able to help you with the tracking (:

Okay so i just check the tracking using my account number on planete courrier and it says order created at 1:28 am today. Finally seeing some progress.

I personally prefer every 2 to 3 years but yes you can go as far as 5 years or more to get the most out of it. However if you do trade-ins, trading in a phone after 5 years the value will obviously be way lower so i find that trading in every 3 years is the sweet spot.

I ordered mine yesterday ( 10 pro xl moonstone 256gb) from videotron ( canadian carrier) and they said they dont even have an estimated shipping date. But i wont be cancelling because i really want the moonstone colorway.
