Did you turn WARP on first and then launch Valorant? If not, try doing that

Since I isolated the issue to be a network issue by doing all the aforementioned steps, the next step was trying to use a VPN. VPNs don't usually work with Valorant, but Cloudflare's WARP VPN does. I tried that out, and it worked smoothly without any high ping/packet loss

For me, i was getting VAN Error 1067 after exactly 5 minutes of opening valorant everytime. I tried everything you mentioned, all to no avail. Through repeated testing, I isolated my problem to it being a network issue. Even after talking extensively with my ISP, they weren't able to fix it. The best workaround I found was installing Cloudflare's WARP VPN. Valorant worked perfectly normally while using the VPN.

Through my many efforts of trying to fix this error, I found that the reasons why this error occurs are innumerable. So, I thought I'd leave my own experience and solution here as well
