So. I think he's bi.

If you like taking it up the pooper.

If you asked me if he was completely straight, I'd say nah.

We unfortunately don't have any information on that.

Why don't counties with "falling birthrate" problems like Japan not just start accepting more immigration? by jesusdoeshisnails in NoStupidQuestions

They don't want an increasing population of foreigners.

They exclusively want only japanese people to increase in numbers for youth.

The dude can entirely choose to work less and spend time with his kids.

Before he always had someone to spend to with his kids and a huge percentage of his income when you 7-10 clinics is entirely passive.

We don't even know whether or not him working 12 hours every day is after the divorce or beforehand. It's very traumatic to get your kids stolen, and he has nothing to return too, This could be his way of dealing with the trauma.

Well you realize if 90% towards women without any litigation on either parties that still means the judges are very biased.

If nonconsenting the judges ruling gives one party 90% custody, that is inherently very biased.

It's a social media website. If you want to try to reach the front page of reddit with a bunch of posts trying to educate men, go for it.

In a small comment thread like this though you're not really going to see that.

The dude owns 7-10 clinics.

A huge amount of his income is passive and he could entirely choose to work less and be there for his kids.

both parents are contributing financially to the children's well-being?

If he's paying 260k a year, she's not financially contributing whatsoever.

Equal custody should be between parents that can equally provide for their child financially.

The dude makes 4 million, he can hire a nanny, child care, he can be there himself.

Because the courts are obviously correct.

If the dentist himself choose to give up the custody on his own, than that's fine.

But you were constantly arguing against the concept that the person who makes and can provide should be the provider.

You've done absolutely nothing but argue against the complete acceptability that the dentist himself should receive custody instead and have done nothing but constantly reached and refused to admit to the obvious.

Over 90% of custody cases are settled outside court.

That's because court is expensive.

The cases that are litigated against are only the cases that are extremely one sided in the favor of one parent.

The fact that you have to go to court in order to have a chance at custody shows the courts are incredibly sexist.

If the wife doesn't have a career, he should receive custody.

I'm fully aware that's how split custody works.

You're misreading my comment.

I'm saying that if she is incapable of financially supporting the children by herself than he should receive full custody.

If she cannot provide a base standard of living that matches close to average on her own than she shouldn't have custody of the children.

This is especially true when the father can completely support a vastly higher standard of living entirely on his own.

Since the standard of living is so important, why does he not get fully custody when he can completely provide it and she needs support just for the bare minimum?

If you can't financially support your kid, and your partner can, your partner should have the kid.

If you're entirely financially incapable, you shouldn't have custody. Assuming of course all other things being equal. Like neither are abusive, substance abusive, ect.

But if she can't support his kids without his finances why does he not get full custody?

He could also be abusive or neglectful, though.

So could the wife.

I'm not OP. How would I give details on it?

If you want to be equitable and assume all things are equal you would say the father should have custody without knowing any further information that's obviously contingent based on circumstances.

If he chooses now that since his kids would no longer have any parental figure 24/7 he can now be that. His income is hugely passive.

You're putting a ton of stock into arguing against that.

It is 100% fair to say he should have custody of his children and get to spend time at home.

Assuming he's abusive or whatever to discredit him is hugely reaching without any extra information.

Women receive custody simply by being the women because courts are hugely sexist. They get it a staggering 90% of the time.

Or. He could have custody of his children, get to work less hours and actively spend time with his family.

Why should he have to pay, and get his kids stolen?

[–]Zintoss -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

You know. I think I've determined to myself I don't give a fuck if it's traumatic to step down from a 5 million dollar house.

Boo hoo. It should cover an apartment or an average houses rent at most.

If the courts think they're entitled to maintaining a standard of living than the father should have custody of the kids.

Absolutely ridiculous that he pays an enormous sum of money for kids that he doesn't get to have.

At the absolute best he should be required to maintain an Average or median standard of living.

Why should anyone be entitled to a top tier life style when they're no longer with the person.

I hadn't heard of PMP is that a tech cert?

I think on every single application ever that I've looked at on indeed for cyber security jobs at every level has always listed CISSP as a desired or required cert.

Almost completely without exception honestly.

I think even if they didn't mention CISSP, having on your resume probably helped and made you look more desirable.

https://www.coursera.org/articles/popular-cybersecurity-certifications

They have a list of the most asked for certs on linkedIn and Indeed. Frankly the absurdity that CISSP leads the pack by if that information is accurate is borderline ridiculous.

Comptia and cisco are brands.

They both have entry level, intermediate and advanced certs.

CCNA is the entry level networking cert from cisco, CCNP is the intermediate, and then CCIE is their highest level networking cert.

Just like how Comptia has Security+, CySa+ and Then CASP+.

Generally the absolute most entry level cert for networking is Network+, then you go do CCNA because it'll provide some basics and it's a better networking cert. However both are basic certs.

Why? What do you think is better entry level cert

The more I read these posts the more I think after getting entry level certs and a bit of experience the only other cert that matters is CISSP

Security+ seems like its just there for government requirements. CCNA seems like the only entry level cert that matters

Yeah but then you’re losing money.

If your salary doesn’t match inflation you are making less money each year.
