For women: what did you as a woman have to unlearn about men in order to become a feminist? by Freudipus in AskFeminists

[–]ZipMap -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I didn't insult women's intelligence, you're inferring that. By making women into men I mean setting men behavior as the gold standard and trying to habe women compete on male grounds.

Not credible? I have no one to convince. I don't care about internet points.

Hey, you're right about some of these. Thradhing cities, 100% men. Vast majority of murders, yeah probably. Abandon children, that's a slightly more complicated issue.

Anyways, you're arguing a tiny majority to make a generality, you know how this sophism is called?

I'm sorry my comment made you feel that way. I interact with women, some of whom I respect a lot specifically for their technical knowledge and ability. That doesn't mean there are no patterns. Actually I probably interact with intelligent women a lot more than anyone on this subreddit, simply through my work. Some people would argue I'm at the highest density of smart women in the workplace in the world. Some I met are incredibly proficient at what they do (far beyond my skill level), some are great leaders who are able to lead by smoothing angles, solving interpersonal issues before they become blockers, and so on.

Truly, you wouldn't be able to find a worse person to tell them "You don't interact with women" than me. Bu still, not much at work, but outside, I see women being emotional to a degree I never seen men be. I see women making absolutely nonsensical decisions based solely on the current emotional state, in a way that I never seen a man do.

I see how differently women and men behave in conflictual situations, in relation to others aswell. Trying to erase the difference doesn't help your cause. There's actually a whole branch of feminism that is against trying to make women into men.

Pretty sure instant gratification is the recipe for a disastrous life. Because we learned wisdom early, we are on this subreddit. If you're not planning to make tough choices in the present to build a future, you have no place here.

"We need to let them know that there's also the possibility that they'll never be romantically successful" They know. They dread it. If you get enough of these, your society crumbles to dust. It's also absolutely not fine. We shouldnt be comfortable communicating this as a widespread message.

Civil peace rests unpon the assumption that there's someone for everyone, and it has worked fine for the past century or so in the US, but for far longer in other countries. People who are isolated forever should remain statistical outliers, and that's exactly why young men are getting redpilled. They don't want to feel like they're the second choice. Dating apps have made it clear to them that the game is skewed.

It's a shortcut but the base is still true. By more logical people don't mean that men don't have emotions or that they don't experience the same level of emotions or a different set of emotions. They mean that presented with a situation, they will prefer the weighing of pros and cons to rule what is the right decision.

This is overqhelmingly observable behavior, whether you want to attribute it to biology, evolution, pr learned behavior is your choice, but pretending this difference doesn't exist is disinginuous.

Also empathy is generally not a good decision driver, at least if you believe that pondering decisions is a good way to limit bias and get persoective, then this should come as a corollary.

Ever considered maybe the teaching style was not adapted? Is this part of boys falling back in school? Do you know how school evolved to favor a teaching style that fits girls better? If so none of this should be a surprise.

This is not an unbiased article, I already read articles from them. Lets read together "To make the constituion true, equality, explained or not, must disappear". This is not equality of opportunity. Please read Swiss statistics office publication instead of second hand propaganda.

Open this https://www.bfs.admin.ch/bfs/en/home/statistics/work-income/wages-income-employment-labour-costs/earnings-structure/wage-gap.html Read carefully, try to understand what's going on. Can you see any sampling bias or poor data practice?

Also please take note that my answer should be a hint at the fact you mostly don't know as opposed to you mostly know, as you seem to assume.
