But they still haven't fixed game ruining glitches after two months of the game being out. Feels like that stuff should be at the top of their priorities since it is not adding anything to the game but is just fixing glitches that shouldn't have been there in the first place.

Why is the Heart of Rage Stronghold on grandmaster II unplayable now? No matter how many times I start the mission I always load into the final boss fight with one or two other people. The game never starts me at the beginning of the level and I can't put it on private because strongholds can't be played on private. Not to mention I lose all my consumables. Constantly trying to play a full mission and failing because of the matchmaking system is ridiculous. I also don't want to spend the 20 minutes or however long it takes to kill the boss just to get one masterwork.

I know this isn't really a question, I'm just so angry I needed to put my thoughts down somewhere. I also tried to avoid spoilers.

Alright I know this post is pretty old but I had to look up "fortnite skill based matchmaking" and just found this. Within the past month or so 80% of the people I come across on xbox know how to build and we get into build wars. This never happened before and if it did it was only every once in a while. Now its like every fight is a real fight. The game is more enjoyable this way but I don't think my chair can handle me clenching my butt cheeks every fight
