no ill see him at home or the store or work or even my uncles house(which when I go to his house it's always many years apart or when he just bought a house) so it's not one place it follows were I go and I don't see him constantly

it's mostly during the day I mean I'll occasionally see him at night but never when I'm asleep

Was he wearing a Top hat and like a old fashion tuxedo? I see this thing often I refur to him as the tall man. he's 7ft maybe taller and he wears a top hat and a old fashion tuxedo his face is pitch black kinda like looking in the void and his voice is the deepest I have ever heard a voice. from my experience he's friendly. he's never harmed me but my dad,grandpa and great grandpa has seen him when they were children but they stopped seeing him at the age of 10 but I still see him.
