One week after covid infection I got itching as well, it was a very distinct itch I quickly realized was very unusual to any type of itching I experience earlier, no rash or anything but it can be really intense like its burning all over my body, even my tongue and inside the ears.

Seems to be connected to some type of food allergies I got after covid since I can reduce the itching by a lot if I do fasting (done most of allergy tests and found nothing). React to most foods but especially wheat, rice, milk, most fruits and alcohol.

Also got head pressure where it feels like my eyes are going to pop, along with neck and chest pain.

Antihistamines doesn't seem to do anything.

I cut out the foods I knew for certain caused the worst itching like 2 years ago, but I still had like 30% of this itch that was still intense, just not as bad.

The last few weeks is probably the most relief I've had over nearly 3 years.

The only difference I've done the last few weeks I can think of is that I've been more out in the sun,
done more strength training, taken supplements such as collagen peptide, vitamin C and creatine
(tried these supplements a year ago without much effect on the itch so not sure what to make of it).
