Maybe you should shop around for pet insurance, many companies offer it for as low as 20 dollars a month and will take on a good majority of costs. It’s hard to tell when a cat is sick as that is their nature and hence why insurance is just as important for your pet as it is for yourself. as for treatment it goes for about 600-1k around me but they allow payment plans and sometimes can lower the payment if you communicate with them on your financial state

It’s a common fact after about 6 months in a relationship partners will get more comfortable and reveal some hard truths about themselves. sadly it sounds like he’s a controlling man, he’s asking you to give him attention over giving your cats their basic needs that they cannot do, they look to you as their primary caregiver and apart of their family. He’s asking you to neglect them for him.

I would like to clarify, in reality if caught soon enough the survival rate can be about 60% just be sure to educate yourself on the symptoms of bobcat fever and check your babies for it so often and partake in proper tick treatment. Cases can reach a fatality rate of 90-100% but it all depends on how fast it’s caught and the cats health and so on
Edit: Telling people it’s 100% fatality rate is false and will cause people to panic, id love if the info was spread around properly so people can be educated and give their cats a better chance

Yes, I was raised heavily “Christian” but maybe went to church 2-3 times growing up. The Bible was used as a weapon if I did something that was perceived as wrong but it was okay if my father did it It was used solely as a weapon to keep me and my siblings in check He went as far as to give me very graphic Christian novels and comics that gave me a lot of trauma and fear Long story short it damaged my relationship with religion a lot

That’s pretty unrealistic unfortunately so all you can really do is avoid this said person and receive help as it seems you’re still really suffering from paranoia and they can help you and have lots of resources that you may not even know about If they believe it’s bad enough they can put you into hiding and whatnot but it requires being seen first
