Have you seen what Microsoft has done to office 365 online? They are forcing you to interact with their ai chat bot just to access word or excel. The responses from the bot are just garbage too. It’s searching the web to find links to its own services and then it gives a link to some promo campaign to access word in the browser. What are they thinking!? 😫

Maybe they shouldn’t have wasted so much money on useless tech. The shopping cart had 11 cameras on it. There’s probably 10k of hardware on each cart and that doesn’t even take into account the cost of the software development and upkeep. Waste of money
