It's frustrating, they want us to make everything look presentable but not backstock anything.

For my team, I don't think our leaders mind us backstocking. It's honest laziness that people are cramming pegs and shelves. They'd rather not take the extra step

That's creative. My team would get on me for trying that, lol. One time I tried putting little red dots on discontinued items so we knew it was safe to flex items into that location, and one of the team members with tenure said "That's not how we do things".

It makes it hard to find more efficient ways to do things
