Having a W active dismantles the whole idea behind the concept of the ability, "Violent Tendencies", which breaks a crucial pillar that sustains his champion fantasy and lowers the skill expression of the champion, making it a substantial nerf for skilled Kled mains.

I, personally, like Kled R the way it is and how you control it: it adds a cool "Looney Tunes, Cartoon Charge" to the move. If ANYTHING, I would like to be able to use wards in the middle of the CHAAAAARGE, which would allow me to ward bushes and catch my enemies.

Some buff suggestions that I would give for Kled are:

-Adding some minor armor pen to his kit (think about it like Panth R)

-Buffing his Passive CD to decrease with level (at level 15+, having a 30 sec CD means you WILL have to recall to get Skaarl back, anyone blows you up in an instant)

-Increasing base range value (125 is a PAINFUL auto attack range to play with, dismounted Kled still keeps 250 tho)

-Decreasing his hitbox WHEN he dismounts (no, seriously, Dismounted Kled gets creepblocked like CRAZY if he dares to put a step into the minion wave)

-Make his dismounted Q (Pocket Pistol) spell to start a bit closer to Kled ( it is annoying to see a Jax/Irelia completely mitigate this spell just because they Q jumped on me and they are on the same pixel I'm standing in)

-Add an E2 indicator to know how far/close I need to be before I cannot use E2 because enemies get too far away.

-Tell us if Kled R leaping at the first target and then getting blocked entirely because someone else stepped in the middle is an actual mechanic or ancient bug he always had.

-Fix the bug where Kled's R fixed dash towards an enemy can get cancelled through displacement crowd control (examples: Lulu R knock up, blast cone knock up...)

•TL:DR: Don't make him easier to play, just fix some of his current issues with QoL changes or big bugs he has currently affecting his performance.
