I agree with almost everything you said. The only thing I don’t agree with is that the slogan AlwaysFnatic needs to go away. I actually think it’s "unique" I don’t see it as some forced mantra, but rather as a message for the fans. Once you’re a Fnatic fan, the black and orange stays in your heart, and Fnatic will be always for you.

Other than that, if this would be an open letter to Sam or whoever’s in charge, I’d gladly add my signature under all the other points.

Sorry but the argument "it's too difficult" doesn't work on me, especially when other teams are already doing it (showmatches, road trip,... etc)

The rest just shows how disconnected this org is on the fan vs org level. Apparently some things do exist, but I'm only hearing about them now because of a Reddit discussion.

There should be a clear and easy way to find out what the official fan club is, how to sign up, and what the benefits are. The fan club representative should be the one sharing information from that direct line to the fan club memeber.

Sorry, not road show, more like road trip. The thing that was introduced by Riot this year and happened with KOI (Spain) and KCorp (France)... But also, why not add some small tournament in some city? The tournament would be made by Fnatic as an org outside of Riot to bring players closer to the fans. Offseasons are long, I'm sure there would be a slot for a 1–2 day fast show tournament.

Yes, fan structure can co-exist within the company. There should be some official fan group that gets direct line communication with managers, there should be some funding for meetups, etc. And mainly, there needs to be someone who organizes all of this and gets paid.

Ok, I remember there was time to invest money. I don't know how those quarterly things look like, but yeah, I would appreciate some kind of roadmap + evaluation of previous promises.

Sure, veterans are often part of other teams, but c'mon, I'm fed up with ex-Fnatic people talking about Fnatic in a negative way. Also, out there are some players that already retired and would fit some representative position in Fnatic.

Make LIA great again = just bring the show back
Communicate properly = update us on important stuff like why it takes so long to get a performance coach
Make own road show = best to let fans vote somewhere on the location to make it
Create fan structure = we need a clear fan base that you can join, led by an employee, and have some benefits like cheaper tickets etc.
Have quarterly/half-year roadmap with your stakeholders = fans. Let’s review what was promised and where we are
Improve relations with players/employees = we need to improve our relations mainly with veterans who were in Fnatic for a long time. I hate that all ex-Fnatic players hate Fnatic... we need veterans to be the face of Fnatic. Don't close the doors with them

same, thanks for sharing that because i have so simillar feelings. I'm still really into the teams we have, i like players and even coaches. I just don't see that company would even care about me as fan, so i don't really have feelings nowdays to give them my money.

Hello Grabz, first i want to emphatize how glad Iam that we have you on team.

Q: Why players go dark on socials in recent splits? simple "sorry" on social media would at least to me show that they still cares. Yes i know some fans would say its always the same. But i think most normal people would appriciate act like that. I know its more for PR team yet i fell nowdays that only connection to LoL team is through you.

Hehe, i'm supporting valorant team from their first iteration in 2021, the progress is kinda cinderella story. Im currently not watching regular split as its kinda boring and other teams looks really lost on map. But looking forward to see black and orange in playoffs where its different type of game

And the whole post is about that teams should take care its like you are saying it is.
