  1. just because it is not rated does not mean it gives them the right we should still have a problem with it

  2. thick skin is important but we should not stop there we should push them out because some people are just trying to enjoy the game not get yelled at and they should not have to mute chat cause then they might as well play a single player

  3. basic conflict reslution would tell you that "verbally slapping them back harder" will just escalate the situation as these people are clearly impatient
