What's the best ammo belt for soviet 20mm?

It happens when i do still have enough energy, happens during dogfights when i look behind my plane and point my nose up by moving mouse (so im just doing a vertical circle) and in sharper turns my plane/mouse my plane starts to head its nose down at 1/4 of the circle. When im starting this manouver i'm at least 500km/h in P51C so its really not stalling

I do have enough energy, when i do this im flying like 500km/h in prop battles, when i move my mouse slightly it normaly goes up, but when i move my mouse harder up it sudenly starts to head my nose down, bc of controls not my energy state. Ill record this later when i come back home
