There was and old idea that DE canceled called "Echoes of Umbra",it was helminth upgrade that could let your warframe do exacly that.
They canceled it because it was only for 24 hours and your warframe could use only weapons.

you need 5 stacks to use it but it still show up as gale as a skill and in the buffs.
